These are the faucets we chose. The candy-cane one is for the main sink and the other one is for the prep sink. Both will have a soap/lotion dispenser built in to the counter. The prep sink will have a hot/cold water dispenser too.
News to me that faucets come in black! Very neat. They'll go beautifully with either of your possibilities for countertops. This kitchen is going to be fabulous.
